About

Careful listening, clear direction

I’m a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with nearly 10 years of experience across the Middle East and Africa. I work with children, adolescents, adults and couples, both in person and online.

My work starts with listening closely — to what is said, and to what is harder to put into words. Together, we explore the patterns behind what you experience and turn that understanding into concrete steps for everyday life. My approach is analytically oriented, complemented by CBT when appropriate.

Analytical approach

We explore what lies beneath what you experience — your thoughts, emotions, reactions and relationships — to better understand the patterns that shape you.

Adapted to each person

Every person is different. A child, a teenager and an adult each need their own pace, language and space.

Confidential and unhurried

A space where you can speak freely, without judgement, pressure or having to perform.

Insight into everyday life

Understanding yourself is an important part of therapy. We also look at how this understanding can create meaningful change in your everyday life.

The practice

What to expect in your sessions

The first session is a space to tell your story: what brings you here, what you are going through, and what you hope to understand or change. From there, we develop a direction together, allowing the work to evolve as your needs do. Sessions are 60 minutes and are usually held weekly, particularly at the beginning.

Therapy is a space to explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships and recurring patterns, at a pace that feels right for you. Through this process, we work toward greater understanding and meaningful change in everyday life.

I believe that therapy begins with feeling truly heard. My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, make sense of what you are experiencing, and create space for change.
